Pizza is one of the most beloved dishes in the world, but the overwhelming majority of flavors, even in one piece, provide too much calories and virtually no nutrients that contribute to hypertrophy.
Who can eat only a slice of pizza and stop there? Before we can notice we’re already in the third or fourth slice, turning the pizza into an invitation to accumulate fat and take up space in your diet that should be being filled by higher quality foods.
This doesn’t mean that you can’t use creativity and make your own healthy protein pizza dish, which in addition to being as tasty as a regular pizza, will still aid in gaining muscle mass. It’s a win-win situation from all angles: you’re going to eat something that comes down easy because it tastes nice, will kill your will for pizza, and will still be ingesting the nutrients needed to support muscle growth.
This recipe can be used at any time of the day and as many times in the week as you wish, as long as it fits your calorie needs.
