Delicious Banana Protein Smoothie Recipe
Preparation time: two minutes
This banana protein smoothie serves as a protein shake that will provide all the nutrients needed for the body to repair and build muscle mass.
1 frozen medium banana (explanation next paragraph);
½ jar of unsweetened, nonfat yogurt;
30g whey protein powder of your choice (we recommend chocolate);
1 small spoon of cinnamon powder;
1 small spoon of instant coffee;
400ml of skim milk.
How to prepare
Mix all the ingredients in the blender;
If the vitamin gets too thick,you can add more milk. Beat until smooth.
